Cutting to length lines and slitting lines:

Lines are used to cut coils of stainless steel, carbon steel (including high tensile steels), coated steel, aluminum, bronze and cuprum.

Depending on production tasks lines can be equipped with edge trimming devices, scrap rewinders, scrap boxes, decoilers, recoilers, plasticizers, arm turnstiles, coil cars, coil wagons etc. All machines, conveyors and additional devices have surface protection coverings to prevent coil surface damages appear in a process of working such as scratches, burrs, curling. All lines are equipped with CNC control. Diagnostics, coil entry, quality control and production process proper can be managed by PLC at one or several control desks.
